The last decade has prepared me for this work.
I’ve walked through loss, rock bottom moments, and life-changing decisions including the one that started it all: leaving my engagement just months before the wedding.
In a moment, I went from a stay-at-home mom to a single mom,
rebuilding and starting all over.
There was no clear path. Just a choice to finally choose myself.
That path led me to build resilience, create a successful business in marketing, and now step into this work, guiding others through their own process of coming back to themselves.
I’ve spent these years building something solid within me.
Letting go of what didn’t align. Learning to trust what I want,
not what others expect of me.
Along the way, I’ve met so many versions of myself
and I’ve learned that the path to wholeness isn’t becoming someone new.
It’s learning how to meet and accept all parts of who we are.
What I wish I knew earlier…
Was that nothing was wrong with me.
It’s easy to fall into the trap of looking outside of yourself, following advice, listening to “experts,” trying to do it the right way.
But wisdom doesn’t live outside of you. There is no hierarchy to it.
We already have what we need.
This is why I do this work.
To hold a space where you don’t feel like something is wrong with you.
Where your life and goals don’t feel out of reach.
Where you’re not being fixed, but truly seen.
We’re not here to become someone else. We’re here to meet ourselves.
And I’m here to walk with you, and support you in trusting yourself
to choose what’s true for you.
